[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. I needed a hand held because my cheap one broke and threw ingredients all over but not this one. I have a big kitchen aid that I love but needed something for small jobs and I figured the big one doesn’t disappoint so the hand held would be the same. And I was right

great featurs and speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last minute, I was in process of making an appetizer for a party that night and my old hand mixer stopped which was my grandmothers and very old. Made a quick trip to Kohls to purchase another KitchenAid. Was able to finish preparing my appetizer and made the party on tine. Just love KitchenAid.

Sturdy Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had KitchenAid for many years, motor went out, bought a discount brand, couldn't get used to it, so went back to the workhorse of the KitchenAid 5 speed. Its my go to for desserts, mashed potatoes and cream cheese dips. Love it. Won't trade, and will stay with KitchenAid for future products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided that I needed a new mixer just because mine was 20 years old. It still worked but was getting tired. I got the new Kitchenaid and I love it! It is so quiet and has more settings! It doesn’t splash food all over! I love it!

BROKE within a month and customer service sucks

The power switch broke within a month of use and customer service said they would send a replacement. I thought, "Well that was easy". Now about a month later, I contact them to ask where it is since the tracking number provided isnt working. They said now that its BACKORDERED but the rep I spoke to said no such thing. After telling the rep, " Well no one told me that and its inconvenient from me" , the rep replied " Sorry , Youre welcome. Thank you and have a great day." This isnt helpful! Its rude to disconnect before solving the problem at hand! Get your house in order KITCHENAID
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
