Best Hand Mixer ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Grandkids bought this for me for Christmas and I use it nearly every day. It’s the best hand mixer I’ve ever used. I love the adjustable cord than can be directed one direction or other and allow for balanced sitting position. The beater blades are great and things mix well with so many settings and power to mix everything so well and they detach so easily to wash. It was exactly what I wanted and more. This is a quality appliance.

Big disappointment

I received this mixer as a Christmas gift. I wanted to replace an old rickety hand mixer. I am disappointed in Kitchenaid. The beaters did not cream softened butter, just chopped it up into bits. Then, when I added additional ingredients for cookie dough, the result looked more like granola than dough. I gave it two stars because it is quiet and comfortable to hold, but functionally, it is poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
