Light weight, powerful and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother bought to replace a 1980’s model mixer I have . I’m glad I saved my old one . The paddles are flimsy and don’t stay locked with the appliance lock provided. I’m definitely not impressed. I expect more from a kitchen aid product

Best I've used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my hand mixer died in the middle of Christmas baking, I immediately thought to replace it with the same one. But they didn't make those anymore. I immediately thought Kitchen Aid because I've bought other small appliances and loved them. I am so glad I did. I absolutely love my new Kitchen Aid hand mixer. It is easy to use, has a low speed that is actually "low" and the beaters combine the ingredients better and more quickly than my old one. Since I do so much baking, I immediately ordered extra beaters and dough hooks. It is the best I've used!

Good but the beaters do not chop

It doesn't seem to have the power of the 1 it replaced that I had for close to 30 years But that's how appliances are now. I wish it had better beaters.... I got it1 last year for Christmas that only lasted 8 months So hopefully this will last longer
