feels like cheap plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it feels like they took out all the metal and replaced it with plastic. l had a 5 Spd. before and it lasted more than 30 yrs. lf this one last 5 yrs. l'd be surprised. Wire comes out the bottom gets in the way.

Big Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cheaply made product. It replaced a previous hand held hand mixer and it is not of the same quality. The paddles can be bent; they are thinly made and not durable at all. Worst money I have spent recently. I am so sorry I bought this product. Big disappointment from Kitchen Aid.

It has no power, it feels like there is no difference between speed 1 and 5. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
