I have received this product as a gift for my Bridal shower in March. Since then I have only used it once. The initial time I have used this product I was happy with the results. Today I went to use the mixer to make a cheesecake and I can’t get the smaller beater to go into the mixer. I am not sure if a piece broke off with the prior use but I am disappointed because I was only able to use this one time and now it’s useless with one beater. I thought this product would be better and more durable especially knowing the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, because my other handmixer died. We were tired of replacing handmixers, as our family does a lot of cookie baking. We researched the top ten hand mixers and settled on the KitchenAid, because of the 5 speeds and is designed to mix heavier dough. We are so happy we switched to this new handmixer.

Terrible Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an extra hand mixer by mistake, and I thought it would be easy enough to return the extra, but boy was I wrong! I kept getting an error message saying that I needed to contact customer service. I've tried their chat, I've tried emailing them, I've tried calling multiple times, but I've never been able to get a response from anyone! The hand mixer probably works fine, but it's not worth it to me to have to deal with the lack of customer service from KitchenAid.

Can’t use. Splatters all over!

A friend got me one I can use so your ultra-powerful one sits in the basement. If I ever need that much power I will cover the bowl I am mixing in with a towel first.

Worst customer service ever!! I've been trying to reach customer service for a week, but I can't find a contact person. I tried to reach them via chat and phone but no one answered. I just need a return label, please get in touch with me if you see this review!! I want you to know that when you order any product from Kitchenaid, it will be very difficult to contact customer service.
