Love the design and space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the outside design and various spaces and design inside the refrigerator, but I especially love the freezer shelves and compartments! There is lots of room inside this refrigerator, and I like some of the features like the quick cooling when adding warm items. The lighting is great too. However, I find the outside metal material is easily slightly dented if something hard hits against it. A disappointment for this higher end appliance. Also, I find it's a bit hard to clean when some little particles fall to the lowest point of the fruit and vegetable compartments in the cracks and they show through from the front. My only other complaint is that I could not install the new Bosch water filter on my own. Water squirted back at me, and I am waiting for service to see why it's doing that. Someone told me I may need to move the refrigerator from the wall and disconnect the water because of the pressure. Changing a water filter should be easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new Bosch refrigerator. It has a lot of space, keeps our produce fresh, and looks great. My only criticism are I wish there was a little higher capacity in the freezer drawer and that sometimes the right fridge door doesn't fully shut. But the beeping always alerts us to it!

Not ce refrigerator, keeps items at proper temp and runs quietly. One thing I take issue with is the large center draw. It is extremely cheap and both hands are needed to open it or to bends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps food presisely cooled at the temperature specified thanks to the dual compressors feeding each zone. Just about every other box store fridge I've previously used had trouble keeping the refrigerator under 40 degrees which is quite scary. The purified water the drifge produces taste cleaner/fresher/better then purified bottle water. The bottom freezer soft close is a great feature but I wish the french doors up top had the same feature. The middle cheese drawer in the fridge can be a bit finicky if you dont pull it open square and evenly. I wish it was sturdier. They layout of everything is fantastic in the fridge and freezer. The sealed vegetable and fruit drawer keep everything fresher for 2/3 times longer! I'd love to see soft close on the fridge drawers both inside and out. That would make this fridge truly luxarious! The app is easy to use and it's helpful to get notified if the door is left open (especially if you have young kids).

Nice counter-depth refrigerator

I bought the Bosch to replace a standard-size GE Profile only two years old. I previously failed to measure the depth. The Bosch fits my needs adequately. If there are negatives, it would be the lighting on the inside, and the fact that the two doors don't always close tightly. The alarm has alerted me several times that a door is ajar.
