Nice unit for large space

I bought a BreatheSmart air purifier with HEPA-silver filter for my full basement because the air in the basement seemed a bit stale due to lack of fresh air circulation. Within 24 hours of installing the BreatheSmart the air in my basement was noticeably fresher and probably much healthier.

not very impressed

I bought the breathe smart with two different filters...one with carbon and one for dust....not very impressed .....it may help some but not enough to matter a lot.....I have a new AC unit and I still have a lot of dust for some reason....and the dust actually lands on top of purifier...I vacuum frequently with a Kirby vacuum cleaner but it still is bad...and I used the carbon filter to help remove odors and the smell stayed in the air purifier which I don't understand if it is a carbon filter.....I have asthma and allergies and I have had no relief with this machine...maybe it is just me.....I do not think it is worth the money at all.

I DOn't See a Difference...

The quality and finish of the Breathesmart is impeccable; it's a beautiful machine and was definitely built with precision...it operates flawlessly, is ridiculously quiet, and looks amazing...BUT, I see no difference with my allergies after a few weeks of having it run. I have severe dust allergies, along with pollen, and don't see any difference with how stuffy y nose is when I wake up, and I have this thing running about 2 feet from my bed. I was hoping that this was going to make my allergies to dust (and everything else) go completely away, but I see no change at all unfortunately. I also see no difference in the "feel" or "smell" of the air int the house...other people mentioned a massive change in the feel of the air quality...I don't.

I purchased this product for my son at boarding school. He is in a basement dorm room and the air quality was poor. After purchasing this product the quality of air has increased significantly and he is sleeping better. I would highly recommend this product.

We have had our Alen Air Purifier for 3 weeks now. Both my husband and Golden Retriever suffer from allergies and have very restless sleeps. Since we have been using the Alen Air Purifier everyone in our house has been sleeping better and feeling better. I'm so happy we made this purchase. I also notice that I dust a lot less now. This product is amazing and worth every penny.

It saved my Boy from developing asthma...

A week before buying this air purifier, my 16 month old was hospitalized for pneumonia three nights... It was horrible, his doctor said that it looked like he was developing asthma ( bad news since my 4 year old has asthma already and we know how much a kid suffers with that condition)... So my husband started researching for air purifiers and the Breathesmart was the one with the best reviews.
We decided to buy 3 one for my room one for their room and one for the living room... I can't say that I felt the difference with in a hour of it working, but since we got them neither of my baby's has had a breathing problem. Even though they have been sick with minor colds it never escalates to an asthma attack like it would always happen and when I take them to their doctor they tell me that the lungs sound perfect. And best of all my 16 month old has no signs of developing asthma anymore his lungs are super healthy and that is worth all the money we invested on this.
My husband use to have allergies to something every morning when he woke up, but that was gone the second day of the purifiers working.

I'm extremely thankful to this (company) purifiers because they have help my kids and husband to breath better, and to me that's priceless:)
