shipping snafu

I was one of the people who was in the delivery snafu... my label had been made but that was it... there was no movement on the tracking for several days... even though the origin spot is less than 4 hours away from where i live. I assumed it would get here in 2 days (or less). I called and talked to one lady who said she would email me. I didnt get email response in a reasonable time, so i called again. Was told about the shipping /label issue. My unit arrived the next day.. Meanwhile, I am DELUGED WITH EMAILS OFFERING EVEN BETTER PRICES...which frustrates me to no end!!! I haven't even tried the product yet, and I just bought one, so don't offer better deals after I have committed to one please!!! So now I have the machine and it seems to be making the air in our house lighter. I have vacuumed the prefilter and there was hair and dust on it. At this point I have not yet decided if it is the best purifier or not... Perhaps I will upgrade the filter when this one is spent. Hopefully I will get offers for discount prices on the filters in the future!

Clearing VOC's

I live in the middle of the Permian Oil basin and wa most interested in help lowering the VOC's produced. This seems to help and i especially like the light indicators telling when the unit is sensing higher levels of polution.

This is my second Alen

This is my second Alen air purifier - I love the first one so much I had to have another! I have a number of dogs and cats, so there is always some unwanted smells and dander in the air. The units help so much!
In addition to that, I hate the smell of burning wood. When neighbors started burning leaves and yard trash this Fall, the smell was pulled into my house (also those Canadian wildfires earlier this year). The air purifier showed red and helped get the smell out of the house.
I’m looking forward to having both units tackle Springtime when the pollen drives my sinuses crazy. The new unit is in my bedroom, and that should help a lot!
Love the Alen products!
