To begin, the box that the air purifier came in was very easy to open. We appreciated how the front of the box lifted up and over so we could easily remove the air purifier.
The purifier works great. It really helps with the secondhand smoke that seeps into our apartment from our next door neighbor. The machine is next to our TV and even on high it is not annoying.
We will eventually buy another Alen air purifier for our bedroom.
Thank you for a great product and a great holiday price.

Very quiet. However, the body

This is my first air

This is my first air purifier. I bought this unit after reading about it and comparing it to other brands hoping it would reduce the dust in my living room area and help with my allergies. I must say I am very disappointed because I have noticed no difference whatsoever. The fan also throws out cold air which makes the room colder which then kicks on the heat more often which translates to higher electric and heating bills. I wouldn't mind the higher bills if the unit made a difference in reducing dust and helping me to breath better due to my allergies.

We bought an Alen BreatheSmart

We bought an Alen BreatheSmart HEPA Air Purifier several months ago and really like it. So, we bought one for my sister as a gift. She has lots of allergies and lives in a dusty area. If it works as well for her as it does for us, she will be thrilled. She cried when she saw it, so I know she's happy about it. Love it!

Our family's quality of life has greatly improved with the Alen BreatheSmart Air Purifier and HEPA filters. Even with smoking, sanding, painting and pets in the home, the air quality remains excellent! We bought 2 more units.
