It works, I have been able to cut back drastically on allergy medicine, saved now for only the worst day. My husband, after being in the room for a couple hours, stops snoring, very beneficial for us both. I can leave it on at night and I am very noise sensitive. This is the first piece of equipment I have ever been able to do that with. Easy to clean prefilter, not like the canister types that you have to take apart. My dogs tend to end up sleeping in the air streams from the machine. We are all LOVING it. I would highly recommend this machine. I am going to get another for the front room, just saving up for it. It is expensive but worth it.

Delivered as promised and has preformed as advertised in the short time since we received it. Very easy to unpack and install filter, then just plug it in and select your desired setting. Noticeable difference in air quality in a very short period of time.

This is the 2nd Alen purifier I have purchased. I purchased the 1st one (A350 model) about 5 years ago and have loved it all along! It's still working great, and I run it on full speed 24-7. My recent purchase, the BreatheSmart HEPA is also great. I notice the air in the room even feels cleaner. I describe it as "crisp". I will say that the BreatheSmart HEPA it is a lot bigger than the A350, and it can't be hung on the wall like the A350, and I am not sure that it works any better. But I am certainly happy with the performance of both. I even noticed that after days of running in my bedroom, it mobilized the disgusting layer of dust from my ceiling fans blades; the dust bunny didn't make it all the way to the purifier (fell on the floor), but that tells you how powerful the purifier is. Although I used the word "powerful," I don't mean that you feel a powerful air current in the room, like a fan. Just feel the cleanliness. I purchased both for pet dander and dust (I have 4 large house dogs). I would love to have 1 in every room. Concerning the square footage each covers, I do believe that it circulates the amount of air stated- but I think heavier particles (dust) still have time to settle throughout the room as it's being pulled towards the purifier.

I'm so very happy with my Alen Purifier. I was tired of dusting every other day. Utah mountains seem to create a lot of dust plus I have two dogs. This machine is so great, it takes care of my bedroom, great room, and kitchen dining room. It's about 1100 square feet. I wouldn't write this if I wasn't so happy.

I purchased two units, they work great.I have cleaned the pre-filters twice and they are still doing the job. I have 5 cats and three dogs and you can't even tell I have animals, they work great for smokers also really takes the smell out if you turn on auto and go to bed. When the unit is on high you can feel the air moving around the room, with two units on high its a little loud, but run them on low or med you can hardly hear them. The units are very nice looking also, they are big units so you need a good size room or space for them. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I'm just hoping the main filters last more than 8 months before replacing. I'll let you know
