Very pleased with the unit so far, has helped my full nose tremendously in the mornings, no longer is running. Air quality has improved and musty smells that sometime were detected have vanished.

Breathe smart has help control the dander in the air cause by my parrot. It is noticeably better. It is also quiet. The customer service was great.

Although the purifier worked to keep dust down, it did nothing for eliminating or reducing chemical contamination in the home.

Hi Carol! I'm so sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the Flex! Unfortunately, it's not designed for chemical control as the filters do not have enough carbon to remove chemicals from the air. For that concern, we recommend the Fit50 or Classic BreatheSmart.

Excellent filters

We have two units one small one for our bedroom and one large unit for the central part of our condo. They both work well. The large unit is set on auto and cycles through all of its speeds. Increased movement and door openings will cause it to go to its highest speed for a short time just as it should. It'seems easy to vacuum the front of the filters when we clean the rooms. They trap a great deal of dust.
