Had an issue and emailed customer service - they responded the next day. I had figured it out already. The unit works great. Very quiet as compared to my older Alen. I am pleased with this purchase and have since bought another one for another room.

It's quiet and functional. Love that it senses air quality and automatically adjusts accordingly. I've noticed very little dust in my living and dining room since using this.

Fantastic purifier it has significantly helped with keep dust down and pet hair definitely recommend it and it does a large area Im going to be purchasing a smaller one for my laundry
