Exceeded Expectations

I am a smoker. I've tried other air purifiers and they never really worked, just pushed the air around. The Alen Breathe Smart unit absolutely eliminates smoke odor. Period. I am quite surprised and absolutely delighted.

Ultra Quiet & Super Effective

So I remembered My neighbor, about a year ago, asked Me to feed His cats while away on a trip...when I entered His home I stopped Him mid sentence...”what is making this room smell of complete freshness & tropical like?” I asked..”.Breathe Smart Air Purifier”was His response.
I couldn’t hear anything so He pointed to a sleek looking machine in the corner behind His couch....was amazing breathing in His home.
So recently My Wife & I both have experienced sinus issues and headaches which typically plague Us in the fall when the weather changes.
I remembered the experience & text My neighbor to the “brand” ...”ALEN BreatheSmart” he reminded Me.
Headaches are lessened & Our home has a freshness now & within 15 mins of coming home both of Our sinus issues have dramatically reduced & there is a easier breathing experience while inside.
Alen makes it really easy to make interest free payments over 12 months too so it was Our Christmas gift to one another and it’s the best gift that keeps on giving.

Great Air Purifier

The air purifier came extremely well packaged, and took 5 minutes to unpack and set-up. Works great. I have it running 24/7 on the auto setting. The highest speed (Turbo) is a little loud, but it is approximately as loud as a box fan on medium to high setting. No complaints and so far I love the unit!

No more Styrofoam packaging, please

Your air purifier came packed in non-recyclable Styrofoam. (This was also unnecessary; you could have used cardboard, newspapers or reusable bubble wrap.)
The irony: having to buy an air purifier to save us from our own man-made air pollution, when the very product made to help us is itself contributing to our CO2 emissions crisis and landfill overflow. Come on, Alen. You can do better.

I purchased this product as a gift for a sick family member, and he is so pleased with the difference it has made for the air quality in his home. Great product!
Incidentically, the extra filter I ordered for this was sent separately without even a piece of tape across the cardboard latch and the filter inside was not secured. That was substandard for your good company.

Unbeatable

Super impressed with this air purifier. It has been working 24 seven since we had the big Kincaid fire near my home. It has and purified the air in my home. I am also sneezing less because I think it has eliminated the cat allergens. I wonderful machine. I highly recommend it.

I love our Alen BreathSmart HEPA Air Purifiers...yes, we have two!

We have one unit in our basement and the other on the main floor level. These air purifiers are AMAZING...they pick up on the slightest odor. Blue means your air is very good, Yellow indicates good, but with some particles being found and Red is not so good. I am impressed with the sensitivity, they do a great job, so happy we made this purchase.
