I really like the app and the humidifier's over all out put. It grows so much mold, and all the parts are hard to clean. I really wish I didn't purchase this item.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. Environmental factors can play a part in each customer's experience with cleaning and disinfecting the unit against mold, such as water type, water quality, air quality, temperature, etc. To avoid humidifier mold, we recommend removing the tank from the base when not in use and emptying all water to allow compartments to air dry. Another recommendation would be not letting the same water sit in a humidifier for more than 48 hours as this will make it extremely hard for this type of mold to grow. Functions perfectly. I've never removed it from the base for filling. Top fill with very large opening to pour into. The ability to use my phone to run it has been a lifesaver. I use the night light every night. I keep the display turned off unless checking levels. This is a well thought out machine and I am very happy with it so far.

Works quietly and efficiently. I doubt the accuracy of its humidity measurement when compared to an external source. But it is useful. Filling it is easier than most. The mist is well disbursed and undue moisture around the machine is controlled. Econtrols work well.

I love the product but it uses a lot of water quickly. It also doesn’t hold humidity as the LV600. It stops before the set humidity and when it overshoots it doesn’t stop. Not super happy with this model.

Nice capacity for lots of water and runs silently, but the humidity reader doesn't seem accurate and you can't turn the light off without the machine going into auto-mode. If the humidity reader were accurate, that would not be a problem. So you're left with a quiet machine that has a bright light that you need to block at night.

I'm not sure if it's the programing or the sensor, but it doesn't seem to follow the settings when in "Auto" mode. It will turn off before it hits the goal or continue going way above the goal. I appreciate how quiet it is, but I'm underwhelmed.

After about two months of use (in AZ) we couldn't be happier. Does a good job of adding moisture to the air in our bedroom. (about 225 sf). So quiet we can't tell it's running if the lights are out. Nice large top fill reservoir is easy to fill and doesn't require frequent refiling. It's easy to clean, too. I hope it lasts a long time. We shall see.

Easy to handle and fill and regulate. The only drawback: the humidified jet does not project far enough into the room. It is a weak projection, mostly upwards.
