Worked only for near two months

I bought this around last year Christmas Holiday (2021) from Costco and started to use it this March (2022). This week (May 23) was trying to use it and it stopped working. The problem is after starting the Mower for 3~5 second then the motor stopped working(like the power was cut off). Try to restart, then it gave the beep sound just like when there is too many grass clippings attach to the deck or blade. However, the Mower did not have grass clippings attached to deck or blade. Called the HelpLine: 1-(888)-909-6757. Wait for 1 hour still no representative is available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WOW, This mower is Awesome! The main reason I bought this mower is because I had a couple of hillsides that were to steep to cut with my zero turn mower. This self propelled 80v mower does the job effortlessly, it’s powerful and lasts up to 45 minutes in thick grass, no more weed eating those steep banks. Thanks Greenworks!

I bought this after my lawn guy quit and I couldn’t find a comparable replacement. I wanted a mower that was easy to use, low maintenance, and durable. So fat this meets my needs and I’m a widow in her 60s.

First cordless mowing experience..

Just unboxed the mower today, charged battery and immediately jumped on the front yard to give it a test (St Augustine grass), what an awesome experience it was, neighbor even came out and said he saw me walking with the mower but couldn't hear anything, he too was impressed, being 63 years old and for me to be able to adjust the walking speed is worth the price alone, lightweight and powerful is what I recommend to others, I never had to hit the Turbo button (probably should have just to see the difference), i picked this mower because I've had so much success with the Greenworks blower..

Self Propel went out

The self propel stopped working after about 8 months. It kills the mower when attempting to turn on. Only good thing I'll say about this is the battery life is pretty decent but it's not much use to me without the self propel as I have extremely hilly land on 2 acres and mowing with the bag it too much.
Pros: Convenient, Quiet
