We would love to offer some tips to help care for the tool and accessories.
For best storage practice the lawn mower should be stored somewhere dry and protected from the elements, such as a garage or shed. If you have no other choice but to store it outside, keep it elevated above the ground and covered with a durable tarp.
When the battery will not be in use, store it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we recommend charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Not what I was expecting at all.

Purchased a simular model back in Dec 2022 to repalce my Honda. Not bad BUT, qaulty control is very bad. WHen I forst used it I thought hummm, ok but then a speak developed. Turns out the bot holding the right tube was not tightened. Since then it now creaks and clunks. I puchsed my Honda used 8 years ago and it never clunked, creaked or squeeked. The power and run time on the Greenworks is good plus it's quiet. However, the cutting quality is about as good as what you may expect with a cheap mower. I find I have to do two passes of areas. Bottom line, I am not happy and look at my HOnda and think, I shoudl just use this for it does a much better job. WOudl I recomened Greenworks, no, woudl I buy again, NO. NOw I am stuck with an expesive mower that is about as good as a low end mower you woudl by at cheap retailor. Sorry Greenwork, but I did expect much better!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought 2 years ago works great! However I need a blade and can’t find one! Not happy about that. People who sell them don’t carry the replacement blades! Would have given it a 5.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective

Easy handling and great looking of the lawn after mowing

Right after the assembling, I used it and the experince was very satisfactory. My neighbour came to me and said that not much of noise from the lawn mower and enquired about this product. I am very happy that this lawn mower is environment friendly and its performance is very satisfying.

Why didn’t I switch sooner?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago right after buying my first home. I wanted to make the jump from gas to electric, but I was not going to sacrifice power and performance. I did a ton of research and decided on this Greenworks Pro model. I’m blown away by how easy it is to maneuver and maintain.
The batteries charge from ~20% to full in less than 30 minutes and they last a long time. The power is absolutely there and rivals any gas push mower.
Do it now. Make the switch. You won’t regret it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lawn mower is quiet, holds 2 batteries for additonal Turbo operation. I used the mower with just one battery to start, and thought that worked quite well without the 2nd battery.
The Turbo option with using 2 batteries seems to just increase the blade rotation speed.
