this is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is the best! I received this Nanit Sound & Light machine through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it has been a heaven send! Before this, I had just been looking up and using brown noise on the internet, which was super inconvenient. My 4 month old loved the low light settings and brown noise from this machine, and any time I turn it on his eyes start getting heavy. It was so easy to set up, especially with the app - I love that I can control it even when I'm not in the nursery! The controls on the actual device are easy to use and set up as well. It's so cute and sleek, very easy to pack around, and I love that it can display the time. To top it off though, it'll notify you on your phone if your baby is crying! Our baby monitor broke a while ago and this saved me! It's crazy accurate and has been my favorite feature.

Best night light and sound machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been recommending the Nanit Sound and Light to all my mum friends trying to establish a sleep routine! I’ve actually used it both with my baby and with my 4 year old son.
For my son, we picked a color together to alert him of when it’s ok to get up (no getting up before green!) and it really helps keep him in his bed in the early morning hours. He also likes having the night light during the night for when he has to get up to use the bathroom.
With our baby, we’ve been using the sound machine and night light, and it’s so much better than some of the other options I used with my son when he was a baby.
I really like how customizable the Nanit is. If I need to do a diaper change, I can just change the light setting or brightness and then use the app to set it back to where it needs to be. It’s an intuitive and well-designed app!
I like how pretty the Nanit is and that it has a time display on there. It just looks pretty wherever it is.
Last but not least- the Nanit looks like it’ll be great for travel too! I’m taking it on our trip in a couple weeks and look forward to having it help our kids adjust to jet lag! Thank you to the Stellar Testing Panel for providing me with this product!

Love Nanit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound and light machine is great! I love how easy it was to set up a sleep schedule for my little one. The app was user friendly and I was easily able to customize the settings of the noise sounds and brightness of the light. There are so many different sounds to pick from; I think 11 in total. I liked the simplicity of the design of this sound and light machine. It looks chic, sleek and minimalist in design; of which is perfect and fits my design style. My favorite feature of this sound and light machine was definitely the ability to utilize the app when I needed to make adjustments to the light or sound. I like that I was able to make changes without inconveniencing myself by going into the nursery nor disturbing my little one. Overall a great sound and light machine, especially if you're already a fan of Nanit's other device and I highly recommend. Note that I was given this sound and light machine to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great Nursery Accessory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a sound machine to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We absolutely love the Nanit Sound + Light. We put this in our toddler’s room and it has been so helpful. I am able to control all the settings from my phone, including brightness and color. He will now stay in his bed until the light is green. We are able to adjust this on the weekends as well. It was super easy to set up straight from the box. My favorite features are its modern, simple look and its portability. We are very thankful for this product and would highly recommend it to others!

Bedtimes Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved our new sound and light machine from Nanit.
The setup over Wi-Fi was fast and simple. As soon as the sound and light machine connected the clock automatically set itself to match the time on my phone.
There are so many options to customize the sounds and lighting in the easy-to-use app. You can easily change the brightness and color of the light, easily adjust the volume for the music or various noises, and turn the machine on/off in the app. There are also buttons on the machine to manually control the light, and sound and turn it on/off.
Setting routines was simple and it helps with our toddler's bedtime. He knows when the light and music turn on it is time to get ready for bed. And in the morning he enjoys seeing the green light for wake-up time.
One small point is that if you want the machine to run all night it will need to be plugged in. The battery lasted about 8 hours. Not a problem for our use at home Just an FYI to others who may want to use it unplugged.

Great device for parents and little ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive the Nanit light and sound machine in exchange for my honest review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The Nanit is easy to set up, and has an app that’s very easy to use! I love that you can preset routines for your littles. My toddler is using it in his bedroom, and he likes having it as a nightlight/sound machine at night. It is set to turn green at 8:30am, so he knows it’s ok for him to get out of bed. There is a variety of FREE sounds to choose from which is nice. I do wish there was more variety of lullabies to choose from, because that’s what my children like. You can adjust the volume level and brightness through the app- and really customize it to your likings, which is really great! It’s nice that you can preset a variety of routines- like “wake up” “wind down”, and “bedtime” coordinated with times, colors, and sounds. It’s helpful that you’re able to disable the buttons in the routines settings so your child cannot change the machine settings in their own. You are also able to set “favorites” that you can cycle through by double tapping the top of the machine. The machine also has notifications for when your child is crying- I haven’t been able to use this feature though, because my oldest doesn’t typically cry overnight.

Highly Recommend

I’m really impressed with this device, it’s by far the best sound and light machine I have ever owned, and with 3 kids I’ve tried a few ver the years. The Nanit Sound + Light is small and sleek-looking, it’s also compact and travels very well so you don’t have to compromise sleep when away from home. Having the ability to control features and settings from the app is a huge convenience. They are constantly updating the app and adding more features like cry detection, which alerts you when baby needs your attention. This device has a large variety of sounds and colors. I love the option to create routines with the app, combining different sounds and colors throughout the day. It has helped my daughter understand when she can go outside of her room in the morning, and when to start getting ready for bed at night. It is easy to set up and easy to control manually as well. With so many features to love, I can’t recommend this product enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of this light and sound machine. It’s a bit more stylish than some others. I love that you can customize the light level and sound level from the device or from the app. I didn’t end up using the app much but it was easy to set up and understand without it. We use it as part of our nap and bedtime routine, just turn on the light down very low and adjust the noise, depending on how loud other things are at the time. I would recommend this product based on customizable settings and style. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
