We use our machine every night on the rain setting. My husband enjoys it just as much as our newborn. It definitely helps to keep the baby asleep and distracted from noises that may startle him awake when it’s quiet. The brightness is adjustable and you can do almost any color for the light. I was confused at first because there is a separate app that you download to setup and use your sound/light machine but you are still able to control the sound/light machine from the Nanit app once you connect it to your account. The light definitely helps set up the space for a restful night sleep as much as possible with a tiny one.

We’ve been using our nanit since the day our baby was born. One year later and we still love it. You can access it from anywhere by using the app. The different melodies and color lighting give it an extra touch. Thanks Nanit!

I like that it is smaller than its major competitor - much easier to travel with! I also like that there is a physical button on the top to turn it on and off when using it. Light and sound are good quality. Very happy with this!

Great. . . When it works. At least half the time when I try to use the app to change the sound setting, it will not connect to the device. The troubleshooting it classic burden shifting, expecting that the problem is with my router 🙄. There is no guarantee way to get the device to reconnect, other than just wait out the hiccup in the connection. Mighty just be a crappy android app build. The sound machine itself is great.

This was our second sound + light machine we got from Nanit. My first sleeps so much better with the white noise and now that we have our second we needed another one since the kids sleep in different rooms. I love that you can link it to the Nanit camera app portion for easy off & on access. It’s not too big in size which makes it great to travel with. So, overall it’s an amazing product to pair with the Nanit camera.
