[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with Nanit Sound + Light Machine. It was an easy set up for me. I connected it to my phone, so I can control the volume and the brightness. The sound quality is good. There are different light colors like: white, red, blue, yellow, purple, pink, orange, green. I can control The brightness too. All I had to do is to download their app. My baby likes all the sounds in it. The rain and waves sounds are my favorites.lol. I normally use the radio to put my baby to sleep. But there are some songs and advertisements that I don't like. Now I don't have to worry about it. Cuz I don't have to play the radio any more.

I love the sounds and the clock face comes in handy! I use this on my bed side table and its a wonderful alarm clock for both children and adults!

Love the sound variety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really neat light and sound machine. It is a lot better than our original one we have. I love the variety of sounds to choose from. We love the rain, white, pink, and brown noises. The light is calming and a great night light. It has been much better for middle of night feeds instead of a bright lamp. I love that you can customize it to many different colors and shades. The clock on it is a nice touch too. It also has cry detection which seems to work pretty well. I also love that it is rechargable and you can use it without a cord up to 8 hours. I do wish it wasn't so app heavy. While there is stuff you can do without the app, the app is really needed. I would prefer a remote as an option too. My husband doesn't want to download anymore apps and babysitters wouldn't have it either. I also wish there was a way to set a timer to keep the light/sound on for so long then it automatically turn off. There are routines which are nice but with our baby being so young, we don't have set hours to use it yet. Overall I'm really happy with it just a couple suggestions to improve it even better.

Great sound quality, multiple features and easy to use!

It has great sound quality and multiple features to accommodate all preferences. I personally enjoy the rain sound and the blue or red light for use with my newborn. Since I am room sharing with my newborn this sound and light machine is perfect for baby and for my husband and I.

Love this machine!

•Sound quality is GREAT. I recently tried a cheaper sound machine that did NOT compare to the Nanit one bit. The sound here is so crisp and clean.
•Many light options! I love that you can choose from the preset options for colors for the light. You can also choose your own color from the spectrum! It’s dimmable so you set to your own preferred brightness.
•This sound + light machine is small but not too small. The design is phenomenal for blending into your decor and not being too overbearing. I would describe the design as being “soft” and gentle on the eyes.
•The app for this machine is VERY user friendly. I had routines set up in just a few minutes without ANY confusion at all. No going back to look at the manual because I couldn’t figure it out. I really appreciate the user friendly technology. You can set up routines to play soft noises such as “Lullaby” or “Brown Noise” at bedtime, & more upbeat sounds like “Morning” or “Birds” for morning wake up routine. On the app, you can see the temperature and humidity of the room.
•One thing I was super excited to learn about the machine is that it has a built-in microphone! When your phone is connected to the same WiFi as the machine, you can toggle on the microphone and hear what’s going on in the room like a baby monitor. One cool thing is that you can switch to different apps and still have the microphone on. There is also an option to get a notification on your phone for “Cry Detection”. So when your baby/toddler cries, you will be notified.
