Water dispenser leak

I bought this fridge last May, 2025. Sometime during this past fall, I noticed that the water dispenser was leaking whenever I filled a container. The spout would leak from the back as it dispensed water. I called a repairman to try and fix the problem. He noted that the tube that runs from the top of the fridge down the inside of the door to the dispenser was pulling up out of the channel, thus causing the misalignment of the water stream. He thought this was possibly a result of the opening and closing of the door. He found there was no way to access the tubing in order to produce one stream of water and eliminate the stream of water along the back. He was frustrated that the side control panel was inaccessible, practically molded on. I find this unacceptable for a fridge that is not even 2 years old. I keep calling to speak to someone but am either put on hold or I speak with someone who really doesn’t understand the problem. This was my first Frigidaire appliance purchase and I can tell you it will be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pull out refrigerator drawer is very handy. And we like the soft close doors. The refrigerator is nice and quite stylish.

Love this fridge

Thought this fridge a month and a half ago and i absolutley love it. It holds everything i need with even a bit of space for extra. I used to hold off on buying enough groceries for the week but now I can plan out food so much better. No issues with frozen food at the back or warm stuff up front. Veggies are lasting a long time too! Love it
I would recommend this to a friend!
