Very disappointed in the fact that my water dispenser drips a good amount of water onto the floor and the icemaker freezes up every second day amd leaks out of the freezer onto the floor We’ve had it for just over a year so we don’t have any more warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

don t like the freezer auto defrost...
on August 30, 2026
Posted by: Gilbert F
The freezer keeps going into auto defrost in order to eliminate the moisture ....But somehow it s doing it too often , creating temperature variation in the freezer . Even if the variations are not severe , it s still noticeable and probably not the best for your frozen item . I wish we would have the option to turn this feature off. I never had it on my previous fridge and it was fine .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
Response from frigidaire.caBy Reed, Online Outreach Specialist, September 2, 2026
Hi Gilbert F, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve noticed temperature variations in the freezer during automatic defrost cycles. We understand your concern, especially when you’re trying to maintain consistent conditions for your frozen foods, and we appreciate your suggestion about having the option to disable this feature.
As a basic troubleshooting step, please make sure the freezer door is closing and sealing properly, and that the door gasket is clean and free of obstructions. Also, avoid blocking the interior air vents and minimize the frequency of door openings to help maintain a more consistent temperature.
If you continue to have concerns about freezer temperatures or the defrost operation, please visit Frigidaire.ca to connect with our live chat team or call 1-800-265-8352, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–8pm ET. Our team can provide further troubleshooting and help with the appropriate next steps.

Love my new fridge
on June 30, 2026
Posted by: LabGeekette
I bought this fridge as part of a kitchen renovation and am so happy with it. It is 36" and larger than my previous fridge so has lots of space inside. I love the water dispenser and particularly that is is on the inside edge of the door so you still get a clean look on the outside. I also love the ice dispenser that is located in the bottom freezer. I like that it makes smaller cubes than I had with the previous ice trays and find I use ice more as its easier to grab. Other models I'd looked at had so much space taken up on the inside of the fridge by the water/ice systems and this one doesn't. I also really like the flex drawer. You can switch it from freezer to various fridge uses at different temperatures. I can see that being really useful in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a replacement for the same unit we bought last year inwhich we had trouble with and was replaced under warranty. We really like new one just hope it lasts a long time without trouble. Fruits and vegetables last a lot longer in this unit compared to other fridges we have had.
