If you're reading this review, I assume you are researching battery powered stick vacuums, so, here's my story: I ordered this kit, and it arrived quickly in three boxes, two one day, and the third (containing the spare battery) on the following day. The unit and accessories seemed well-designed and well built, but the included charger did not work. I contacted customer service and, within a week, I had a new one. Since then, the vacuum has worked great. I have no complaints, either with the vacuum or the service.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and recharge, great suction, vacume and stand work really well together and we don’t have to yell in order to to communicate while it’s running. We have a Dyson corded vacume for really thorough whole-house cleaning but for everyday maintainence… our floors and carpet have never been so clean. I never thought using the vacume would be kinda, well…fun. But it is. We have been using outdoors Greenworks products for several years now and now my gas powered stuff is gathering dust. Greenworks has made a believer out of me and this latest addition does not disappoint in the least!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comes with one clip and not 2 clips for the stand to hold all accessories

I bought this stick vacuum end of last year, and although it works well, I was not happy that only one accessory clip was included in the package. Everywhere else, it shows 2 clips, and on another image to hold all your accessories, it had "Clips," not "Clip," which suggested that clearly 2 should be included there. Last year I was told that it was on backorder and not reach out until March of 2024 just to tell me that sorry, it was not included. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Now I have 2 accessories that cannot be stored with the unit. Big fail!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this order came, my wife rolled her eyes because Greenworks usually means "outside stuff" for me. After demonstrating it for her (I did the entire house!) she tried it a couple of weeks later while I was gone and greeted me with big smile. WE both love it. I told her that it would negate the warranty if the husband used it too much....
