EXCELLENT Stick Vacuum (Tons of Features) A+

This is the first cordless vacuum cleaner I have owned. I had an older corded Shark Navigator, but was getting to be a pain in our new house (not a ton of outlets). We already own several Greenworks 24V products, and was super excited to see this pop up
Pros :
Super Lightweight – this is significantly lighter than my Shark, but has the same suction and performance
LED Light – I honestly did not know having a “headlight” on my vacuum cleaner would be something I needed, but it is AMAZING. Turn the lights out and you can see all the dust and places you may have missed
Dust Bin – Very easy to remove debris. The filter appears to be aluminum, so it can be washed and easily cleaned
3 Speeds / Run-Time – On the lowest setting, I was getting 45 minutes. There is a medium and high speed as well, which will lower the run-time, but will get more suction power
Charge Time – The advertised charge time (30 minutes) is correct
Battery Has USB Port – I have not used this yet, but LOVE the idea that I can take this battery with me when I travel on business (charge laptop or phone)

So I’ve had this vacuum for a few weeks now and wanted to get a handle on it prior to giving a review. First I own a 1100sqft home with real hardwood floors and have two cats. Pet hair clean up is a very big deal for me. That being said I adore the pet hair attachment, it does a 10/10 job on the couch chairs and rugs, even the cat trees. I also frequently use the “detail” attachment. Just like all cordless vacuums it eats batteries if you want more suction, not the worst fault. The two cons about this vacuum has to be the container holding the dust doesn’t have the best seal so sometimes when going to dump it dust falls out prior to opening the container(still minor flaw in design I can live with). The most disappointing part is the floor sweeping head, I can honestly say it sucks(not in the way it’s suppose to either). It clogs up easily and drags hair and dirt around, I don’t even attempt to use it on the rugs (which aren’t thick or fuzzy, they are flat outdoor style ones) it creates an even bigger mess. I’ve found using it on top suction I get the best results but it’s still ify. Overall I really like the vacuum I just hate the floor sweeping attachment, it needs to be a new better design it’s truly disappointing given how everything else is amazing.

This is a good vacuum with loads of power and battery life. My main complaint is that when using the stand, the original white part for holding two of the tools is now useless. The stand does not come with an extra holder for the other two tools. They are now on the floor. Can’t convince anyone to include another clip.

I use them all regularly and knock on wood they haven't let me down. I especially loved your help team. My vacuum arrived without the stand. All i did was note it on your check up e-mail and it arrived the next day. Thank you. Ps. You sent me 3 batteries and i think i only should have only gotten 2. Would you like me to return one.

Awesome cordless vacuum!

Amazing vacuum with the best suction! I can use it for anything - easy toddler cleanup, vacuuming steps, regular vacuuming, car, etc. easily the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. The only negative is the swivel ability for the floor but thinking it may just be stiff as it is new!

I have been using a Dyson handheld for years but I love this vacuum more. Great suction and feels more premium. I love that I can swap out batteries too! I think this will make the vacuum last a lot longer than a Dyson since batteries are what tend to die first.

The Stick Vac itself is good. It works as well as a Dyson that I had previously. I would recommend this, just be sure to get at least 2 batteries. My issue is that there was a problem with my order, I did not get the Vac Stand that I ordered at the same time, I received a 40V 15" trimmer instead. It took a couple of days to get through to somebody on the only phone number they give, non e-mail address is available. He said that I'd be hearing from somebody from the warehouse within 4 days to get the Vac Stand sent out, that was over a month ago. Since then, I have called multiple times, waiting on hold for hours, even tried the call back option, which they don't call you back. They have good gear that works, but if you ever need their assistance with anything, I pity you. I own 15 of their tools, which I really like, and as many of their batteries. This was my first issue with anything and from this experience I don't know if I will continue to purchase their equipment. I am so very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Portable Stick Vac I’ve ever owned.

My family purchased this for me for Christmas. It replaced my cordless Dyson. There is absolutely no comparison to the one it replaced except that it’s a vacuum. This Greenworks Vacuum is the absolute most amazing vacuum I have ever owned. The battery charge, countdown of time left on the batter, the suction and clean is dynamic and the LEF lights make vacuuming in the dark super sexy ;) I love this vacuum. I love this company. Just one thing I wish it had one more of…another snap on accessory holder. It can with one but has two more accessories and it would be great to also attach them to the stand. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear I can purchase them separately.
Definitely take the plunge and buy yourself a new portable vacuum. Best. Investment. EVER!
