[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the mower, blower and edger a few times. I love not having to destroying my shoulder pulling that 2 stroke cable. My other gear was decently maintained but the ease of dropping in a battery and pulling the trigger is so nice.
Mower did a great even cut. My "lawn" was a little over 4" tall. 2500sf, al.ost did the whole yard with one battery. My set came with two batteries so I was able to edge then blow with plenty of power left after. Oh yeah, I didnt see many reviews about the manual (non self-propelled) version. My lawn is flat so it was easy to push. No vibration issues and my "lawn" is bumpy.
Blower can be quiet when not at full throttle. Plenty of power for my needs.
46/M, easy assembly. If this lasts a few years I will be really happy. Ran fine in hot CA sun. Scalping lawn in 90° with no battery issues. Not something I plan to do often but good to know it worked well in the heat.
I like the look of the set. Bonus points for the mower colapsing for easy storage. I was concerned the set would be underpowered, that was not an issue. Again, if these items hold up the package is a steal!
Did full backyatd reno, hoping these tools help me get my new lawn even and full.
I will update if any problems.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great combo product !. Working great so far and have no issues. Simple to assemble and get started !. Only thing batter life can be better or we need to a secondary batter if you are planning to work continuedly for few hrs on your lawn. I usually take a break after 45 mins so it is working out ok so far for me.

Spool system is almost unworkable, and pretty much impossible to reload. Very disappointing product from Greenworks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Sconie. Thank you for your feedback. We ae sorry to hear the spool system has been so frustrating to use. If the spool feels difficult or “unworkable,” a few adjustments can often make a big difference. First, confirm you are using the correct line diameter (typically .080" for many 80V models), as thicker or incompatible line can prevent proper feeding and make reloading much harder. When loading, make sure the line is fed evenly through both sides and wound tightly in the direction indicated on the head, loose or uneven winding is one of the most common causes of jams or poor performance. It is also important not to overfill the spool, as excess line can bind inside the housing. Before reinstalling, check that the spool cap, spring, and tabs are aligned correctly and that the housing is free of debris, since buildup can interfere with smooth operation. For a step-by-step walkthrough, this Greenworks Tools video may help demonstrate the correct loading process and make it easier to follow along (https://youtu.be/2eiGIXXzx2w). If you are still experiencing issues after trying these steps, pre-wound spools can be a convenient alternative, and our support team can also help confirm whether the spool or head assembly may need replacement. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, or by calling 1-888-909-6757. We appreciate your feedback and would like the opportunity to help get your trimmer performing as expected.
