Defective Out of the Box – Completely Unusable

I was extremely disappointed with the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro. Right out of the box there was a crack in the sump area, which caused a massive amount of water to leak underneath the unit. Because of this defect, the system was completely unusable from day one.
For a product at this price point, basic quality control should prevent something like this from happening. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating since I wasn’t even able to test the product properly before it failed.
I was really looking forward to using it, but receiving a defective unit immediately after purchase is unacceptable.
