Residue

Overall I am not happy with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone I know with a baby. I purchased it in hopes that it would thoroughly clean our bottles, however it is consistently leaving a tablet residue on our bottles and their parts. The label on the tablet package says that they are “ baby safe”, however it also states on the back to contact poison control should they be ingested which makes me skeptical of how truly safe they are for the baby, especially when a residue is constantly being left on the bottles. Because of this, we are constantly washing the bottles beforehand and utilizing the sterilize and dry option instead of the whole wash, sterilize and dry cycle which completely defeats the purpose of this purchase. In my opinion, you might as well just purchase a sterilize and dryer for half the cost plus you’ll have a greater capacity for bottles/ pump parts. The washer pro can only hold 4 bottles, which I was originally fine with if it was going to wash them completely and thoroughly. However, now I just have a glorified dishwasher that sits on top of our actual dishwasher that we solely use for sterilization.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Baby Breeza Bottle Washer and Sterilizer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the new Baby Breeza Bottle Washer and Sterilizer through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This was a fantastic product that I wish I had gotten my hands on as soon as my baby was born. We spent so much time hand washing and boiling bottles when she was first born, this would have been a life saver! It can wash, dry and sterilize in about 2 hours. This became such a time saver to be able to just pop the bottles and pump parts in and not feel like you have to run your whole dishwasher. Also, it washed and dried everything so much better than my dishwasher ever did! It is the perfect size for the counter. With its sleek, counter-length size it would fit about anywhere! The Baby Breezer soap pods also do a fantastic job of really cleaning all the milk scum off the bottles that is hard to get by hand cleaning or left after boiling.

I love that I can wash my bottles and pump parts separately from the food dishes. It has been so convenient to wash them as needed. It does a good job, too!!

Error Message

I was so excited to purchase this product and save time with washing and sterilizing bottles and pump parts. When I run a full cycle, 75 percent of the time I receive an error 4 code. Following the error message I have to run the cycle once again. On the second try 50 percent of the time it will run and the other 50 percent of the time it will give me the same error message. This is extremely frustrating as this machine is supposed to save me time and it's actually causing me more time. Lately I've been hand washing the bottles as it's not worth taking the chance that it won't work. I want to love this product and I definitely would if I wasn't constantly receiving this error message.

Stopped Working After a Week

The washing feature (aka the entire reason I purchased this product) will not work. I am going to call the customer service and attempt to get this issue resolved.

Clunky device but great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a huge proponent of clutter on my counter and unfortunately this large device is no exception. I have historically always been comfortable sterilizing my bottle parts and small infant pieces in a top rack basket of my dishwasher and I was hopeful that this handy machine would make me change my mind. Though the dishwasher with heat dry cycle is not perfect, neither is the new bottle washer, sterilizer, and dryer all in one. I couldn't fit all the things I wanted in the washer the way I could in my dishwasher and it was just a large eyesore when left out on my counter. I still had some small pump parts with little nooks and crannies come out damp and I had to put them on my drying grass to finish up. For the amount of counter space it took up and limited space, I would expect perfection and it just wasn't there for me. Perhaps if you have limited bottles per day and no pump parts, it would be a better option for some, but for me, I needed more of an efficient workhorse. Overall, it was OK (very easy to use - I will say that), but I'm hoping for something more compact/storable and better at drying go forward. I do appreciate the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me the opportunity to test, however.
