It’s convenient, but could be better

The bottle washer is an awesome asset when your bottle feeding. It saved us from washing pump parts and bottles at all hours of the night and day. Buuuut the top rack doesn't have a lip to it and things fall out all the time. Also for some reason the wash and dry cycle stopped working and we can only do the wash, dry, sanitize cycle. All other modes say that the water basin is empty, when in fact it's full.
