Great at first, but now is awful

Best thing ever the first 2 months.. but now I'm waking up to wet counters and floors and nothing is clean. Wish I would have gotten the momcozy

Hello,
I bought this awesome washer that has only lasted us 4.5 months. We tried everything to fix it. Started with E5, then E8, and then E3. We can't use the machine at all. BRZ0103
