Bottle washer malfunction

We've had our bottle washer for 6 months and it has stopped working multiple times, even after troubleshooting. We're very frustrated as we feel it hasn't been long enough/ used enough to be breaking down like this.

This frees up so much time from handwashing bottles. It makes me feel efficient every time I load the 'Bottle Washer Pro'! I'm sitting with my baby right now instead of in the kitchen over the sink. <3

Machine constant Error / flooding.
