Life changer!

Sure it takes up counter space and can only do 4 sets of bottles at a time, but this has changed my life!! Saves me sooo much time everyday!

Handy machine, but leaves residue on bottles!

I bought this about a month ago and have used it every day since. I typically use the washer, sterilizer & dryer mode. I have followed the instructions given, but now I have not only residue from the dishwasher pods on the floor of the machine, but all of my bottles now have a layer of residue on them once they’ve gone through the full cycle. I’ve had to rewash some bottles by hand. Doesn’t seem like this would be normal! Disappointed this is happening after such a short time of owning this product.

We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with our product. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Residue on the bottles can be attributed to hard water, which is evident by the scale that appears to have collected on the heating plate. We recommend descaling your machine using the instructions in the manual and also switching to a soft/distilled water.
