E5 Error

I loved the machine the first week I had it, but it's been less than 2 weeks and I constantly get an E5 error and have to drain the water and start a new cycle again. For a 300 dollar machine it should work without any issues for more than 2 weeks.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience! The E5 error means there’s water in the sump. You can hold down the Wash and Sterilize/Dry buttons for about 10 seconds to dry the machine; it should then be ready to use.
