Works great when it works

I'm on my second one after having to replace the first. I get repeated E4 errors even after following the proper descaling and cleaning steps. I end up wasting lots of the detergent tablets because it will start a cycle, and then error out. This device is extremely frustrating to make work, but like I said when it does work it's great. I considered buying their formula dispenser, but I can't bring myself to put up with more problems.
Also the warranty process is tedious and annoying. They were nice enough to replace the last washer, but I won't be going through that again. The replacement washer is already giving me E4 errors. Really pushing me to buy momcozy stuff from now on.
The headache it gives me will make me not buy another baby brezza product.

I really wanted to love this baby bottle washer, but it’s just not very versatile. It doesn’t fit many items, and everything has to be arranged in a very specific way for it to wash properly. After only five months of use, we started getting multiple error codes, and now it no longer works at all. For the amount of money this costs, I expected something much more reliable and user-friendly.
