We’re sorry you’re experiencing the E4 error with your Baby Brezza. This usually happens when the floating magnet isn’t making proper contact with the sensor due to residue or buildup. Here are a few quick steps to try: 1️⃣ Look inside the bottom of your machine. 2️⃣ Next to the heating plate (top right corner), you’ll see a white ring with a small center tube — that’s the sensor. 3️⃣ Using white vinegar and a scrubbing pad, gently clean the ring and tube to remove any residue. 4️⃣ Make sure there’s no buildup from formula, milk, or limescale. 5️⃣ Empty the wastewater tank if needed. 6️⃣ Refill the clean water tank above the fill line.
