Works well but has some flaws

I bought my machine in January, the heating element went out in June. I use the washer tablets and descaling tablets on baby brezza. Baby brezza sent me a new one which was great, but to be under warranty for the new one you have to send a picture of the cord cut on the old machine. I find this very wasteful. Just because the heating element went out doesn’t mean the washer part couldn’t be used by someone else. Now it is just plastic going to sit in a landfill.
Overall the machine works good, the front right bottle section never dries completely. This happened on the old and new machine. It does take some time to get used to arranging everything so it washes correctly. It is not just a throw it in and go. Overall I am happy with it.
