It leaks from the beginning and it just broke completely 8 months later

I like the machine but it is poor quality. It leaks like crazy. I had to use paper towels until I eventually only could use it next to the sink, so the water would drip into the sink. And it just broke inexplicably, so I can't use it at all.

We're so sorry to hear about this issue with the Bottle Washer Pro. The machine is not supposed to leak; it’s possible that the waste water tank may be damaged. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. All of our machines come with a 12-month warranty.
