Great until broken in just 3 months

The bottle washer pro was amazing... until it wasn't. In just 3 months of daily use (including a lot of descaling), it maybe works 1 in 4 times. Constant error messages and often stops working for 24 hours.

Good and ready for the next use

We keep this in our bedroom upstairs so I can maximize my sleep by pumping and throwing the parts into the machine to be ready for the next cycle. For the time it takes to clean, I wish it would have more space or stay the same size and wash &dry faster. Strictly preference based off my usage but great product to have when I'm away from my sink or too busy to clean all my pump parts in time for the next pump.

Machine is pretty easy to use, makes cleaning bottles so much easier in my opinion. However, lately, I've been noticing that the level of water within the clean water tank is not going down and the dirty water tank has maybe an inch of water in it after each cycle. So, I'm worried that mine may be defective/broken somehow? Hoping that I don't need a replacement! They have a 1 year warranty, so hoping that will be helpful if it is not fixable.
