Good at first, maybe faulty unit

Our bottle washer pro was a life saver when we first started using it. After about a month, residue is left inside bottles, the clean water tank empties into the sump when not in use, and we often deal with E4 errors and need to run descaler or the machine won't work. I use descaler every 20 runs or less now, but the machine is becoming increasingly frustrating to use and the bottles don't even get totally clean anymore. Makes me concerned about the effectiveness of the sterilizing also if residue remains on the bottles.

Worked until it didn’t

The machine worked great and then one day I dropped the lid (no damage ie: no cracks, missing pieces etc) and now it keeps saying the lid isn't on. Who would have thought this would be so fragile?
