Water marks and non functioning dryer piece

I love the Bottle Washer Pro. It has definitely been a time saver for me. They only issue I have is the water marks it leaves on my bottles and nipples. I also think I have a defective device as one of the drying pieces does not dry well at all. Would love a replacement if possible.

It's giving a bunch of errors and the machine stops as it fills up with water.

I love how easy to use the machine is. It has saved me hours of washing. My one wish is that the detergent worked a little better getting the milk off bottle accessory parts.
