This machine is great as a first time mom. It saves so much time with cleaning and sterilizing. I am able to just put the bottles in and let the machine do all the work. We go through bottles every couple of hours so this is a live saver.

Leaves soap residue, you have to rinse the botttles before placing them inside

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct; bottles should be rinsed before placing them in the machine, just like with a dishwasher.

Refuses to turn on despite water filled at or past fill line

Doesn't work. Tried all resetting and power cycle and sump pump drainage methods.
