We're so sorry for the issue you're experiencing. The E4 error occurs when the sensor in the sump doesn’t detect enough water, which triggers the error and stops the washing process. To help avoid this, we recommend slightly overfilling the clean water tank—just above the max line. It’s also important to descale the machine every 20 uses to ensure proper functionality.
