Hardest working member of our household

As a SAHM with a 3 month old and a toddler, I can't even begin to tell you how useful it is to not have to wash bottles. Yes, it's big. It's literally a dishwasher. Yes, it's loud. Again, it's a dishwasher. It only holds 4 bottles at a time.. so run it every 4 bottles. These are the complaints I see all the time about the machine but truly I couldn't be more excited to let someone else do the bottle washing finally.

Very efficient

Pros: it's very efficient, has fast cycles, it's basically the only bottle washer on the market. It works well and I love that I don't have to wash bottles. It's not too noisy when running.
Cons: it has a very large footprint, it only fits 4 bottles OR 1 set of pump parts so I often have to run it 2+ times a day. The cleaning tabs aren't cheap.
Overall: if you can afford the convenience and can run multiple loads a day, you'll love this product. But don't expect to run it once and be done, its capacity is too small. But it's better than a separate dishwasher and better than hand washing in my opinion so I'm happy. I just wish it held more bottles at once.

Excellent Machine with one design concern for future updates

The machine has made cleaning bottles much less stressful! As the dedicated and unceremoniously assigned bottle washer by the mom, I wish product was around for our first child. The washing of bottles was tedious and tiresome. But this has made the whole experience a breeze.
I would say for for future design updates more bottles could be added. For example two poles are provided to adjust the the height of the top rack. However, the shortest pole provided still leaves plenty of space for small(er) bottles on the bottom cleaning rack. This is space that isn't being utilized.
If the pole were even shorter then possibly more bottles or possibly even more pump parts, can be placed on the top rack.
The end result is having to use the machine for more cycles than is necessary bc of this one tiny issue.
But that's it. Everything else is great!

My favorite baby purchase

I ordered the bottle washer pro after 3 weeks home with my baby. It was nonstop handwashing bottles and pump parts and my hands were getting so dry and raw. We use the Dr Brown bottles which have a bunch of little parts.The recommendation is to still hand wash the circle filter which makes sense because it has those tiny vent holes that need to be scrubbed. You also have to make a choice between fitting in the bottle caps or the cuffs, I hand wash the bottle caps because they are super easy. The rest of the bottle fits nicely in the machine and there are even spots for the vent straws. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t clean the entire bottle 100% but when you are fed up spending all your free time scrubbing bottles having this do 90% of it is an amazing help. It is so easy to use. My bottles come out clean and dry and I am so happy with it! We have thankfully never received an error code as others have reported and we have been running it at least 2x a day for the last 2 weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaking & Emptying water sump halfway through

Can’t tell you how excited I was about this product.
I started it on the full cycle with only 2 bottles, and followed the instructions in the manual but after each major step when it drained the water it crept a major leak from the bottom. I couldn’t walk away from it, as I didn’t trust it wouldn’t leak again or through the towels.
Similarly, a bit disappointed that I had to empty the sump halfway through the cycle. You’d think the return water tank would have enough capacity for 1 cycle. I’m hoping customer service tells me the machine is faulty and I can try a replacement without issue as I was really looking forward to this when I start to pump for my 2nd baby in a few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
