Receive this as a gift and it is pretty disappointing how poorly it performs. It still leaves a lot of milk residue after a full cycle. You can only load up 4 bottles + the nipples but not the lids. It is also very hard to load up momcozy pump parts as you have to load a certain way and it does not clean well. I shouldn't have to buy extra part to clean pump parts. Other similar price washers can load more and don't require purchase to clean pump parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H20 error

Love using my bottle washer for baby bottles and pump parts. For some reason though I can't get my sterilizer setting to work, H20 keeps showing up on the screen.

We're so sorry to hear about your experience. The H20 error occurs when the Bottle Washer Pro doesn't have enough water to complete the sterilization process. Please make sure the clean water tank is full before each use. Also, remember to descale the machine every 20 washes — if this step is skipped, it may interrupt the machine’s performance.
