The machine is convenient for small washes. I wish it fit more bottles for the price. Also experiencing issues only 2 months into use. There is some brown residue on the sides that looks as If it's overheating and burning the plastic inside. It is also not properly draining and reading and error code after each use.

We recommend performing a descaling cycle, which should be done every 20 washes to help prevent this type of issue. Skipping this maintenance can lead to problems like the one you described. This worked beautifully until tonight when E4 error popped up and only tips were to call customer service. We've been using it for just under 4 weeks

If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance. All of our machines come with a 12-month warranty, or 18 months if purchased directly from us.
