We have only used this machine a few times and the bottom plate is burnt and brown. We've tried to clean it with vinegar and used distilled water.

We’re so sorry to read about this issue. If you’re using distilled water, this shouldn’t be happening. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance. Also, please remember that bottles should be rinsed before placing them in the machine, any remaining formula can get stuck in the sump and burn during the sterilization process.

Have only done a few cycles so far, but working smoothly. Wish the drying time was a bit faster and that you could fit more bottles but otherwise does what it says it's supposed to!
