Baby brezza bottle washer doesn’t drain

We're getting an error "E5" and the bottle washer isn't draining and the dirty water will pool at the bottom. We have only been using it for one month.

I don't have much of a review because the unit will not operate because it thinks the waste water tank isn't installed properly. Trying to work through the replacement process, my 1 star could turn into a 5 star depending on how this process goes

Thank you for your feedback. It’s likely that one of the sensors is not working properly. Our Customer Care team will request some information, and once everything is provided, a replacement can be arranged if needed. All of our machines come with a 12-month warranty.

Great for those with accessibility needs

This was gifted to me as an upgrade from the sterilizer/dryer to make cleaning bottles easier for my visually impaired mother. The capacity is limited to 4 bottles, but I mostly breastfeed so we do not use many bottles each day.

Machine stopped working after a month.

The machine worked great for one month and now will not run without error messages that do not go away even after following error solutions.
