Broke after 3 months of use

Water tank spillage

At first use of filling up tank, I placed water tank on machine. Water tank was on correctly and at the fill line. It instantly began spilling out water. I removed water thinking maybe that would help but no. I place water tank on machine and continues to spill out water. It does not stop.
