We ordered this in July 2023 when it first came out (it was back ordered at the time) and we it a few weeks before our second baby was born. I'm a SAHM to 2, 2 and under and this thing is a game changer. It is so nice to not have to worry about washing and sterilizing bottles constantly. We don't normally splurge on baby items, but this is 100% worth it.

Long & not perfect

For the price of this product, the following has been our experience:
1. Cycle is too long

A bit limited in terms of how much you can wash at one time. And you're forced to use their proprietary detergent pods.

If you are referring to the lid, some distortion is normal. The channel guides on the base will keep the lid from warping and shouldn't affect the performance of the machine.

I wish I could fit all of the bottle parts into the machine. Having to wash small parts and caps by hand while supposedly having a bottle washer is annoying. I understand the machine would've been bigger to fit all of the components but it's already size of the Titanic. A few inches wouldn't have made a difference.
