Great until it wasn’t

Started using our bottle washer pro 1st week of May and it started leaving detergent residue, not draining properly and leaving bottles and parts foggy by the end if the month. Bought descaling tablets, used distilled water, everything and it's just not working like it was 4 weeks ago. Trying to activate warranty but it's being weird too. Help please baby breeza!
