I had high expectations for this appliance, but unfortunately, none of them were met: [1] the main one is that in EVERY wash ALL the pieces come out with breast milk fat, even following the Instruction Manual exactly, [2] in the 1st use, the top shelf "melted" and became crooked, almost falling off the Dr. Brown nozzles, [3] it is very difficult and annoying to add water all the time, I wish it were easier and less water [4] I noticed that the pressure is different between the jets and it is not as strong as it should be (after all, everything comes out dirty and it comes out easier by hand, I can even clean it better with a cloth), [5] if you put the detergent in a very strange place [6] even with filtered water, water stains remain, and [7] wet parts always come out, it never dried 100% properly like other machines I have had. In short, totally disappointed. Please refund me in full.
