top frying rack

super easy to use but doesn't dry my bottles completely and my top drying rack has warped.

We're so sorry to hear about the issue with the rack. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for help with a replacement. Regarding the drying process, it's normal to see a few small wet spots in hard-to-reach areas. If needed, you can run an additional drying cycle for better results.
